Hey, I’m Jade. I’ve always loved creating things, especially out of whatever I already have. I give life to overlooked objects, plushies, plastic bits, and scraps, turning them into something oddly charming and sometimes questionable.

 

I love anime, video games, blind boxes, random quirky things, and cats. Dogs are cool too. Woof.

 

Most of my work revolves around crafts, sometimes mixed with one, a few, or all of the above. There’s usually a touch of dry, awkward humor in there too. I hope to bring these gently unhinged creations to you through tutorials, DIY hacks, and chaotic how-to moments you didn’t ask for, but I’m showing you anyway… just in case.

 

After closing my small business during COVID to focus on my healthcare job, I decided to take a leap and relaunch Jadey Jane Studio in September 2025 with a clearer vision and more heart. It became my space to reconnect with what I love most: crafting, storytelling, and creating meaningful handmade pieces that celebrate the beauty in small things.

 

Many of my creations are centered around food, like tiny eggs, breads, and desserts with their own personalities and quirks. Growing up, food carried a lot of meaning for me. Sometimes it was scarce, sometimes comforting, and sometimes confusing. Over time, crafting food-themed pieces helped me see them in a softer light. Each one became a way to express appreciation, warmth, and humor, turning something that once felt complicated into a small moment of joy.

 

I’m a huge believer in DIY and using what I have. Every drawing on this site was created by me, and I built this website from scratch with zero web design experience. I use low-budget techniques to create moody, cinematic lighting in my videos and even make my own sound effects. I love learning, experimenting, and figuring things out as I go, and I genuinely look forward to learning from my viewers and customers too.​
 

In the long run, my goal is to create pieces that don’t just bring joy but also remind people to be gentle with themselves, especially when it comes to food, creativity, and self-expression. One day, I hope to design special collections that give back to programs focused on building a kinder relationship with food and body image.
