We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All sales are final, unless otherwise stated. Digital downloads are non-refundable.
All customers are subject to applicable sales tax, including California state tax where required by law.

By purchasing customized or modified items, you acknowledge that:

The product will be hand-altered and may not look exactly like the sample image due to the nature of customization.
Handmade pieces may include pre-purchased charms or embellishments that are creatively assembled in-studio.
No two handcrafted items are identical, slight variations in color, shape, or assembly may occur.

★ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often customized nature of our products:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized, handmade, or digital goods.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review your case. Resolution is at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We ship from California, USA.
Processing times vary depending on the item. Please refer to product listings for estimated timeframes.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Jadey Jane Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’ve been handed off to the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Jadey Jane Studio is not responsible for any third-party delays or errors (e.g., postal carriers or payment processors).
