Jadey Jane Studio
handcrafted cute lil' things
At Jadey Jane Studio, our reusable press-on nails are crafted to give you salon-quality nails without the time, cost, or damage of traditional acrylics. They’re perfect for both special occasions and everyday wear, and are designed to be lightweight, durable, and reusable.
-
With adhesive tabs: A quick, easy, and damage-free application that lasts 3–5 days (ideal for events or short-term wear).
-
With nail glue: A stronger, more secure hold that typically lasts 7–10 days, depending on your nail prep and lifestyle. For reapplication, gently buff away any old glue before reusing your set.
Whichever method you choose, ✧ proper prep is the secret to long-lasting results ✧.
Nail Application & Removal Guide
Nail Application
1. Prep Your Nails
-
Gently push back your cuticles using the cuticle stick included in your kit so the press-ons can sit flush against your nail bed.
-
Lightly buff the surface of each natural nail with the nail buffer provided to remove shine.
-
This creates a smooth base that helps the adhesive grip better and prevents premature lifting.
2. Clean and Dry
-
Wipe each nail with an alcohol pad to remove natural oils, dust, and residue.
-
Make sure nails are completely dry before applying adhesive.
3. Choose Your Fit
-
Match each press-on nail to the natural nail it will cover.
-
For the best fit, choose the nail that covers edge-to-edge without overlapping onto skin or cuticle.
-
Your set includes 10 handmade nails in your selected size. Simply match each press-on to the corresponding natural nail before applying. If you ever feel unsure about sizing for a future set, our nail sizing guide can help you find the perfect fit.
-
If needed, file the sides of the press-on nail for a perfect custom fit.
4. Apply and Press
With adhesive tabs:
-
Select the correct tab size, press it firmly onto your natural nail, then peel off the top film.
-
Place the press-on nail at the base of your cuticle and press downward. Hold firmly for 10–15 seconds to secure.
-
Avoid wetting your nails for the next 1 hour.
With nail glue:
-
Apply a thin, even layer of glue to your natural nail and a small dot to the back of the press-on nail.
-
Place the press-on nail at the base of your cuticle and press downward.
-
Hold firmly for 15–20 seconds to lock in place.
-
If any glue seeps out, gently wipe it away using an alcohol pad.
-
Avoid water or heavy hand use for at least 1–2 hours after application to allow the glue to fully bond.
Tips for Best Application Results
-
Avoid water: Wait at least 1 hour before washing hands or submerging nails in water to extend wear.
-
File and shape: After application, use a nail file to smooth or refine edges.
-
Gentle removal: Soak nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes. Gently lift from the sides to remove adhesive tabs. For glue removal, soak longer and use cuticle oil to loosen bond.
-
Reuse your set: After removal, wipe the press-ons clean and store them back in the provided case for future wear.
-
Longevity tip: Avoid lotions and oils on your hands right before application, as they can reduce adhesion.

Nail Removal Guide
For Adhesive Tabs (Quick Wear):
-
Soak nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes.
-
Gently lift from the sides using a wooden cuticle stick.
-
If resistance is felt, soak a little longer before retrying.
-
Wipe nails clean and store them back in their case for reuse.
For Nail Glue (Longer Wear):
-
Soak nails in warm, soapy water for 15–20 minutes.
-
Apply cuticle oil around the edges to help loosen the bond.
-
Use a cuticle stick to gently lift the press-on from the sides. DO NOT FORCE REMOVAL.
-
If glue remains on your natural nails, lightly buff the surface with a nail buffer until smooth.
-
Clean the press-ons by gently filing off excess glue and wiping them down before storing.
Tips for Best Removal Results
-
Soak longer if needed. If a nail doesn’t lift easily, give it more time in warm, soapy water instead of forcing it.
-
Use cuticle oil generously. Applying oil around the edges during soaking helps break down adhesive and keeps natural nails hydrated.
-
Never pry or pop off nails. Pulling can damage both the press-on and your natural nail bed.
-
Work from the sides, not the tip. Gently lift from the side edges with a cuticle stick; never try to peel from the free edge.
-
Buff gently after glue removal. If glue remains on your nails, lightly buff with the provided nail buffer until smooth.
-
Clean press-ons for reuse. After removal, wipe each nail with an alcohol pad to remove oil and glue, then store them back in their case.
-
Be patient! Removal can take 5-10 minutes depending on method; rushing risks damage.
Nail Sizing

1) Using transparent tape, place it across the largest part of your nail.
2) Mark the 2 sides of your nail on the tape with a pen.
3) Remove the tape and measure it with a ruler.
4) Repeat Step 1-3 for each nail and compare it with the provided nail sizing guide.

Keychain Care
Our keychains are designed to be sturdy and functional, but like any accessory, they’ll last longer with proper care.
-
If you’re using one of our metal phone inserts, always place it with the protective film side against your phone. This prevents scratches and keeps your phone safe.
-
Avoid excessive tugging, pulling, or rough handling, especially with dangling charms.
-
Keep keychains away from water or extreme moisture when possible to prevent wear over time.
With mindful use, your keychain will stay strong and adorable. (˵ •̀ ᴗ •́ ˵ ) ✧

Jewelry Care
All of our jewelry is handmade with care, and while we do our best to make each piece secure and sturdy, some designs include delicate details — especially tiny charms or dangling beadwork. To keep your jewelry looking its best:
-
Avoid tugging, pulling, or being rough with intricate parts.
-
Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising to prevent wear.
-
Store pieces in a dry place, away from direct moisture or harsh chemicals.
With a little extra care, you can help your handmade jewelry stay cute and last longer.
